Can I carry forward the unused chats/ leads?

Of course! We keep adding your unused chats/ leads to your next months’ quota until you downgrade the plan.

What if I overutilize in a month? Will you pause the service?

Your dedicated manager keeps a close tab on your remaining chats/ leads & remaining days ratio. As soon as over utilization is foreseen, you are suggested next best plan well in advance. If you opt not to upgrade, extra chats are charged according to your pricing plan at the month end. Service keeps running intact throughout.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Yes, you can. Simply let us know your wish anytime & the chats will be adjusted accordingly.

What is your pricing, cancellation & refund policy?
